Municipal Taxes - All present and future municipal taxes to be borne by the Lessor  
         
Interest Free Refundable Security Deposit (Months) - 10 months of rent  
         
Lease Terms (years) - 3+3+3 / 5+5 years  
         
Escalation in rent & Securities Deposit on renewal of the lease - 15% Escalation every 3 years on rent paid for previous terms  
         
Lock in Period/s - 60 months  
         
Notice Periods for termination - Lessee shall be required to give minimum 3 months Notice after expiry of lock in period
